Uninhabitable Home is a short play for young audiences about climate change and grief. Clara, who lives in Kansas at the height of the dust bowl, is struggling with her father's decision to move their family to California because of the drought. Conversely, Shirley is an alien whose home planet flooded--- for her the dust bowl is a healthy climate. The two share a moment of mutual understanding in the eye of the (dust) storm.
